Come Work For Us

At The Resuscitation Tailor, work matters because it directly impacts patient survival and provider performance. We exist to solve real problems for resuscitationists, not to chase trends or volume. Every product, process, and decision is anchored in the belief that design improves outcomes and that the standard is never negotiable.

You will work alongside clinicians, builders, and thinkers who care deeply about getting it right. Ideas are expected. Curiosity is encouraged. Ownership is required. If you see friction, you are empowered to fix it. If something can be better, you are trusted to make it so.

We are relationship first in everything we do. That means we invest in our people, we serve our customers with integrity, and we lead with humility and purpose. This is a place for those who want their work to mean something, who stay calm under pressure, and who are willing to challenge how EMS has always been done.

If you are driven by mission, grounded in service, and motivated to build tools that truly save lives, you will find a home here.

Compensation:
$110,000+ OTE (Salary+commission)

Virginia Based | Proximity to Major Airport Preferred

The Resuscitation Tailor is a Resuscitation Architecture Firm focused on one outcome: equipping agencies to deliver reliable, high-level care when it matters most. We design systems that improve performance, reduce friction, and elevate the standard of care.

We are seeking a full-time Account Executive who thrives on creating new opportunity. This is a growth role for someone energized by opening doors, building trust from the ground up, and guiding agencies through meaningful system-level change.

You will not step into a fully built territory. You will shape it. You will pursue new relationships with chiefs, medical directors, military leaders, and hospital systems. You will move conversations from introduction to implementation with discipline, professionalism, and consistency.

This role requires initiative, resilience, and strong logistical follow-through. Living in Virginia is preferred, and proximity to a major airport is important due to national travel expectations.

This is not transactional sales. It is mission-driven growth.

If you are motivated by building something significant, creating long-term partnerships, and expanding the standard of resuscitation care, we would welcome the conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and win new accounts with EMS agencies, hospitals, and health systems.
  • Prospect daily, leveraging both cold outreach and your EMS network.
  • Drive the full sales cycle—from first contact through demo, proposal, and close.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Engagement

  • Represent The Resuscitation Tailor at EMS conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, medical directors, chiefs, and procurement officers.
  • Position TRT as the go-to provider for high-performance resuscitation gear.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and delivered.
  • Provide direct feedback from the field to guide product design and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • EMS experience is a highly preferred—paramedic, flight RN, or equivalent frontline role.
  • Entrepreneurial drive—you take ownership, push boundaries, and thrive in a sales-driven environment.
  • Confidence and persistence—you don’t take “no” as final.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to embrace new tools.
  • Bonus: Prior sales experience in EMS, healthcare, or medical device industries.

Employment:
Full Time
Hours:

Compensation:
$50-70,000/year

At The Resuscitation Tailor, we craft pioneering solutions that empower resuscitationists to deliver reliable peak performance. We're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator who can thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment—someone who sees change not as chaos, but as opportunity.

This full-time role is designed for a high-trust team player spanning admin, sales coordination, bookkeeping, and logistics—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where systems are still being built. You’ll help coordinate customer needs, track inbound leads, update systems, assist with logistics, and formalize emerging processes. You’ll work closely with recorded design meetings and document product changes in Airtable for production, assist with CRM tracking, and support shipping and event logistics as needed.

This role is not for someone who needs a rigid playbook—many of our workflows are still being optimized. We move fast, and the right person will be energized—not rattled—by change. If you're calm under pressure, proactive by nature, and excited to bring structure to an ambitious mission, this role could be for you.

This is a hybrid position requiring some hours in the office (Salem, VA) most likely on a weekly basis. We are open to considering a fully remote candidate. Being fully remote would be an exception to an absolute rockstar of a candidate. A rock star candidate would have performed duties similar to this in a remote function before.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO by managing task lists, coordinating project deadlines, and maintaining clarity across workstreams
  • Document key takeaways from recorded customer design meetings and update Airtable for product team execution
  • Document and formalize internal processes to support scale and clarity

Sales Coordination & CRM Management

  • Track and follow up with inbound leads in Zoho CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer design changes are implemented accurately and on time
  • Provide quote, intake, and light customer communication support as needed

Logistics & Event Coordination

  • Fill in for Shipping Manager as needed—helping with order fulfillment, tracking, and shipping communication
  • Pack and lift boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and conference logistics (lodging, flights, booth gear, etc.)
  • Track and manage promotional material inventory for events

Bookkeeping & Financial Admin

  • Upload receipts and maintain proper expense documentation
  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking in coordination with CEO and accountant
  • Ensure clean, accurate monthly financial records to support growth and decision-making

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous EMS experience
  • High adaptability and comfort operating in environments where change is the norm
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you seek clarity and take initiative
  • Experience with tools like Airtable, Zoho CRM, Xero, or similar systems
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent communication—able to translate conversations into action
  • Integrity, follow-through, and a service-first mentality
  • Bonus: prior experience in small business operations, finance, or logistics

Occasional travel for conferences, customer shoots, or field content production.
